Several folks joined guide Greg McGuane for a four-hour rafting trip (including lunch stop) down the Class 2 Fife Brook section of the Deerfield River. We were lucky to have glorious weather. During the quiet stretches we were able to observe a few birds including some Cedar waxwings, and a red-tail hawk, and enjoy many water fights. Dave took pictures with a disposable waterproof camera. I scanned in the 27 prints and included the best ones here. Later I received three more images taken by Earle Baldwin. -Susan
In raft #1 were Greg (guide) & Judy McGuane, Rick & Geoffrey Magee, Jim Jackson & Deb Webster, Earle Baldwin, Susan Bredesen. In raft #2 were Rob Kibler (guide), Ron & Sue Cloutier, Bruce Scherer & Rachel Horowitz, Dave Small, Dianne Salcedo.
